Content Management System - License

The end user is granted a single, non-transferrable license for a period of 1 year, or for the time of their paid subscription (if shorter), to use the Content Management System software for building a web site.

The software may not be transferred, downloaded, copied or modified in any way.

It is the responsibility of the end user to determine if the software is suitable for their needs. No repsonsibility will be accepted for any losses incurred while the software is in use, irrespective of cause. Should the user report a defect in the software, and if such a defect actually exists, it will be rectified within a reasonable period. If this cannot be done to the end user's satisfaction, he or she may cancel their hosting agreement if they wish.
